16.04 - Bio-Signal and Medical Image Research Methodology Workshop (SIRM)

This program was implemented to improve competence ability proficiency of graduates in research. The Bio-Signal and Medical Image Research Methodology Workshop SIRM workshop is the fifth workshop organized by PKAS. The aim of this SIRM workshop is to introduce student to structured bio-signal and medical image related research methodologies. The workshop will include experiment design, clinical data acquisition, data pre-processing, data analysis, clustering, classification and modeling of both bio-signal and medical images. Clinical study design will be introduced as part of the ethical application which is mandatory for most of the healthcare related research.
